Why take advantage?
The algae we know today were among the first plants to appear on our planet. During my outings, we'll look together at the immense benefits they can bring us, particularly in our daily diet. With their astonishing diversity, algae will surprise you, and you'll no doubt see them in a whole new light...
Dulse, nori, sea lettuce, sea spaghetti, kombu breton, kombu royal, small fern, bladderwrack... all these edible species will soon hold no secrets for you!
Edouard Bal also offers "wild plants and mushrooms" outings in the La Roche Maurice, La Forest-Landerneau and Forët du Cranou areas.

Prices for seaweed outings:
- Outing alone: €10
- Outing with cooking workshop: €30
- Half-price for children under 11 years of age
Duration of foreshore outing: approx. 2 hours
Total duration of activity (outing + cooking workshop): approx. 4.5 hours
