Into the water!
Au Fil de l'Eau
Au Fil de l'Eau is the essential summer nautical event in the Landerneau-Daoulas region!

As night falls, locals and visitors alike gather on the banks of the Elorn River, on the inhabited bridge, in Place St-Thomas and in the pedestrian streets, to admire the metamorphosis of the town and enjoy a colorful, poetic stroll.

A touch of madness
Carnival of the Starry Moon
The tradition of carnivals in Landerneau goes back a long way! The cheerful team of volunteers who took up the torch in 2012 succeeded in getting the 22 communes of the region on board to create the Carnaval de la Lune étoilée. This festive and popular event takes place every two years in spring, and grows richer with each edition.
After four years without a carnival, the 2022 edition was a resounding success, with large crowds flocking to the Sunday parade. The children's carnival on Friday is a must-see event that kids love!
