Chemin de Saint-Ernel

Start at the entrance to the Cimenterie parking lot. Walk past Aqualorn. Turn right. Cross the road at the gas station. Take the pet path on the right. Pass the fountain on rue T. Botrel. A little further on, after passing under the railroad line, turn left. At the end of the path, you'll find a remarkable garden. At this point, fork right. You'll come to the Route des Anges, which you'll take before
turning left towards Goulhéo.

The gradient starts to drop. You gradually climb back up towards the Pencran woods. Soon, as if you were leaving a property, you'll see the rue de la Fosse aux loups. Turn right and drive along the Bois de Pencran.

Just before the give-way, turn right onto the sener. You'll find yourself back in the countryside on the Cornouaille side, with a glimpse of the town below. The Leonardo countryside can be seen in the distance.

After the old farmhouse, turn right. You begin to descend. After rainy spells, the path can be muddy, so hikers should be careful as they start their descent towards town. When you reach the stone, follow the marker. Cross the road, then turn left onto a new path.

Further on, turn left. At the traffic circle, cross the road and keep left. At the stop sign on rue Théodore Botrel, turn right
. Be careful to cross the
level crossing.

You are gradually approaching the town. At the next roundabout (route de Quimper), cross the road and turn right, then left to follow the Calvaire wall. Further down, turn left towards the sports fields. Follow the road and pass behind the sports fields.

Follow the towpath. Pass Saint-Ernel and turn right after the refuge to reach La Cimenterie, your starting point.
